From January to May, 2017 Fellows participated in trainings each month through NLC Institute, our annual leadership program for emerging young progressive leaders. NLC Fellows learned from local leaders on strategic communications, marketing, fundraising, public speaking, advocacy and coalition building. They also worked on their Capstone projects and applied their skills to plan for the upcoming Fellows Fundraiser!
