NLC Silicon Valley presents Valley Brews

We invite you to join us on Friday May 29, 2015 from 6pm-9pm at the Mexican Heritage Plaza for Valley Brews, a taste of local craft breweries, benefiting the New Leaders Council: Silicon Valley Chapter. Join us to celebrate NLC Silicon Valley's 5 Year Anniversary.

Enjoy a taste of local craft breweries featuring Camino Brewing Company, Strike Brewing Company, Hermitage Brewing Company, and Santa Clara Valley Brewing. 

Network with emerging and seasoned progressive political entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs and civic leaders in Silicon Valley. We will be joined by special guest, San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo.

Hear from local craft brewers, industry experts and civic leaders during Panel: “Pushing the Boundaries of Beer in the Valley of Craft Delights," exploring: 

What is the role of craft breweries in shaping vibrant cities as a nexus for arts, music, conversation, and mobilizing? How are craft breweries paying homage to Silicon Valley's industrious past of farmland and orchards? What does it take to start a successful craft brewery and how are local craft brewers pushing boundaries of craft brewing in sustainability, diversity, and innovation?
